The Barclays UK Property Predictor has forecast a 5.56 per cent increase in prices of houses in Wandsworth with 31.1 per cent increased by 2021. Wandsworth has benefitted from a growing number of buyers looking south of the River Thames due to strong price growth in prime central London since the fiscal crisis.
